If your log home building plans
are between 18 months and 36 months in the future, we
have an option which will enable you to order your dream
home now and save thousands of dollars!
Here's how it works:
1.
Select the Log Package Kit that is right for
you.
2.
Take advantage of locking in the current price (any model
over $25,000 in the continental U.S.A.)
3.
Make a $5,000 down payment on your selected standard or
custom Log Package Kit and make additional down payments
of only $5,000 at the beginning of each anniversary year
for one or two years. Then 18 to 36 months hence, 75% of
the kit price will be due 90 days prior to delivery and
the balance upon delivery.
Obviously the benefits of this
program will help you to plan well in advance of building
your Traverse Bay Log Home.
